Worship With Us

Worship is God expressing His love to us, and our response to His love.
Worship is the heart and soul of our church. We love Him,
because He first loved us.

 Informal Service

The Sunday morning 8:30 am service is designed to be a less formal service.

  • The congregation has the opportunity to choose some of the hymns that are sung
  • Several talented volunteer pianists share in providing accompaniment for this service
  • The Sacrament of communion is offered every Sunday
  • Lay leaders participate in the liturgies, prayers and serving of communion
  • A blend of traditional, gospel, and contemporary music is shared in the service

Join us for fellowship and refreshments right after the service. This "coffee hour" is a great way to get to know one another and touch base with those you haven't seen for a while.

Traditional Service

Our Sunday morning 11:00 am service is more traditional.

  • Lay leaders participate in leading the service
  • The hymns, songs, and specially prepared selections support the texts and topic of the day
  • The Chancel Choir, soloists, Children's Choirs, and instrumentalists provide musical leadership
  • Our fine pipe organ and grand piano provide excellent accompaniment augmented by other appropriate electronic and acoustic instruments
  • The congregation enjoys a blend of traditional and contemporary music as it supports the context of each worship service
